Heatstroke Prevention Module CMZ-RF21

Born for Protective Clothing and Heat-Restricted Environments

CMZ-RF21 is a heat risk alert module designed for work in protective clothing.
It continuously monitors temperature and humidity inside the suit and provides alerts through light, sound, and vibration, helping users notice heat load buildup earlier.

Why CMZ-RF21 Was Developed

From Wristbands to a Standalone Magnetic Module
Safety Behavior Observation

Inspired by an Observation

The idea behind CMZ-RF21 came from a very specific jobsite observation.
During an office renovation project, we saw spray-paint workers wearing protective clothing and sweating heavily inside their gear. At that moment, we realized their heat risk could be much higher than it appeared.

The problem was not only the outside temperature. When people work in relatively enclosed protective clothing, heat and moisture can build up inside the garment, making normal heat dissipation much harder.
CMZ-RF21 was developed around this kind of condition.

Temperature and Humidity Sensor

Dual-sensor detection logic

CMZ-RF21 is not designed around ordinary external heat exposure. It focuses more on temperature and humidity changes inside protective clothing, making it more suitable for enclosed, humid, and heat-restricted working conditions.

alarm

Multi-Level Alert Mode

CMZ-RF21 uses a graded alert logic, with different light colors, buzzer patterns, and vibration responses for different risk stages. This makes it easier for teams to recognize the current risk level quickly in protective clothing work environments.
Magnetic Attachment

Magnetic Attachment Design

CMZ-RF21 uses a magnetic attachment design and is intended to be fixed on the front chest area of protective clothing. This placement is more suitable for protective clothing use and helps maintain stable operation during special work tasks.

IP67 new

IP67 Protection

CMZ-RF21 uses a module-based structure with IP67 protection, making it more suitable for direct use in hot, humid, and demanding industrial environments. For products intended for ongoing project use, this level of protection matters.
Multi-Angle Data Analysis

HSI-Based Evaluation Logic

CMZ-RF21 goes beyond simple monitoring. It combines in-suit temperature, humidity, and HSI-based evaluation logic to assess heat stress risk, making it more suitable for continuous attention to microclimate changes inside protective clothing.

How CMZ-RF21 Works

CMZ-RF21 monitors the in-suit environment and provides different alert states.

01.

Attach and Power On

Attach CMZ-RF21 to the front chest area of the protective clothing and make sure the magnetic parts are firmly secured.

After powering on, the device provides a brief light, sound, and vibration response to indicate that it has entered operating mode.

During operation, the green indicator shows that the device is active.

02.

Level 1 Alert

When early heat-related risk conditions are detected inside the protective clothing, CMZ-RF21 provides a visual alert through the blue LED.

This helps the wearer notice that the in-suit environment may require closer attention.

03.

Level 2 Alert

When elevated heat-related risk conditions are detected, CMZ-RF21 provides a visual and audible alert through the orange LED and buzzer.

This reminds the wearer and nearby supervisors to pay closer attention to rest, hydration, and worker condition.

04.

Level 3 Alert

When higher heat-related risk conditions are detected, CMZ-RF21 provides a combined alert through the red LED, buzzer, and vibration.

This helps the wearer notice the condition and supports timely on-site response, such as cooling, hydration, rest, or withdrawal from the high-risk environment.

Value for Distributors

More Precise Audience Coverage and Clearer Product Differentiation

A Clearer Go-to-Market Strategy
CMZ-RF21 is aimed at a more defined group of users, mainly those working in protective clothing, enclosed garments, and heat-restricted environments.
This makes it easier for distributors to build more consistent messaging, clearer customer screening logic, and a more focused outreach path, while reducing wasted communication and marketing cost.
A More Complete Product Structure
CMZ-RF21 helps distributors present a more complete product lineup to end users rather than offering only general heat alert products.
When customers see that you have solutions not only for common heat exposure, but also for protective clothing scenarios, they are more likely to view you as a more specialized and credible provider in heat stress prevention wearables.
Supports Existing Business Structure
For suppliers already selling PPE, protective clothing, or special workwear, CMZ-RF21 does not need to be sold as a completely separate line.
It can be promoted together with protective clothing and related safety products, making it easier to add value to existing orders without disrupting the current business structure.
More Favorable for Bulk Sales

Companies that provide protective clothing to workers and show interest in CMZ-RF21 usually already operate at a certain team scale.
This means that once demand is established, the product is more likely to move forward through team-based deployment, project-based configuration, or bulk purchasing rather than scattered single-unit sales.

Value for End-User Project Teams

Helps Teams Notice Risk Earlier and Act More Quickly
Better Risk Recognition for Protective Clothing Work
For teams that need to wear protective clothing, enclosed workwear, or other special protective garments for long periods, heat risk often comes not only from outside temperature, but also from heat buildup, rising humidity, and restricted heat dissipation inside the clothing.
CMZ-RF21 is better aligned with these real conditions and more suitable for the way these teams need to recognize risk.
More Helpful for Timely On-Site Intervention
With graded alerts, the project site can identify heat load buildup earlier instead of waiting until worker condition has already declined noticeably.
This makes it easier to trigger hydration, rest, cooling, withdrawal, or rotation sooner.
Easier Daily Management in Special Working Conditions
For project teams that already have work procedures, rest arrangements, or safety requirements, CMZ-RF21 is easier to integrate into actual workflows.
It helps not only the individual notice risk earlier, but also the site build a clearer rhythm for judgment and response.
Better for Team Deployment than Scattered Use
This kind of product is not mainly for occasional single-worker use. It is better suited for teams that already provide protective clothing and follow more unified management.
That makes it easier for project teams to build a consistent response standard instead of handling the issue in a scattered way.

Target Teams and and Go-to-Market Approaches

Best suited to protective clothing teams facing real heat pressure.

01

Target teams

Teams that work in protective clothing, enclosed workwear, or other heat-restricted conditions are better starting points. Chemical work, emergency response, mining, incineration, and other enclosed high-heat environments are usually more suitable than ordinary outdoor heat exposure teams.

02

How to Position

CMZ-RF21 should not be positioned as a general wearable. It is better presented as a heat risk alert module for protective clothing and heat-restricted environments, helping customers understand that it is built for in-suit heat stress conditions.

03

Promotion Method

Instead of leading with specifications, start with the customer’s actual problem, such as trapped heat, rising humidity, fatigue, and difficulty judging risk inside protective clothing. This makes it easier to introduce CMZ-RF21 as a more suitable solution.
