Heatstroke Prevention Technology
Provide services to those who need them most with the most appropriate technology.
Grave Situation
Every year, millions of people around the world fall ill or die due to high temperatures. According to data from the World Health Organization, between 2000 and 2019, approximately 489,000 people died annually due to causes related to high temperatures. Among them, 45% of the deaths occurred in Asia and 36% occurred in Europe.
What is heatstroke?
Because the body is unable to dissipate heat or replenish water in time, the internal temperature becomes too high, thereby affecting normal physiological functions.

Mild heatstroke (heat fatigue):
The body temperature rises but is not fatal. Symptoms include headache, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, excessive sweating, and clammy skin. Recovery can be achieved by resting, cooling down, and rehydrating.
Severe heatstroke (heat stroke disease) :
Body temperature rises to 40°C (104°F) or higher, often causing confusion, unconsciousness, and mental disorders. The skin becomes dry, hot, and red, with no sweating, rapid heartbeat, and shortness of breath. Without prompt cooling and fluid infusion, this can lead to organ damage, coma, or death.

Temperature detection and calculation
The anti-heatstroke devices of CMN have two temperature sensors. One is used to detect the ambient temperature around the device, and the other is used to detect the skin temperature where the device is worn. The core body temperature of the wearer is calculated based on the difference between these two temperatures to determine whether there is a risk of heatstroke.
Massive data support
CMN has been focusing on anti-heatstroke devices for four years. The shipment volume in the nearly year reached 712,500 units, and the users cover various groups. We will recycle the devices with the consent of customers and continuously update the database to ensure that subsequent users have more matching models. The total data amounts to more than 100 million entries.
Data correction
Due to the influence of factors such as the user’s physical condition, the environment they are in, and the position where the instrument is worn, the algorithm and values used to calculate the core body temperature may vary. You can inform us of your target customer group in advance, and we will retrieve the corresponding values from the database to ensure the accuracy of heatstroke prevention detection.

Knowledge Points
Detecting precision
The temperature sensor used in the CMN heatstroke prevention device has an accuracy of 0.1°C and a temperature resolution of 0.01°C.
Body core temperature
The core body temperature usually refers to the temperature of the organs and tissues deep inside the body (such as brain, thoracic cavity, and abdominal cavity), and it is normally maintained at around 37 ℃.
Body temperature regulation
When the external environmental temperature rises, the body regulates the core body temperature by sweating, dilating blood vessels, increasing respiratory rate, and other mechanisms. If the environmental temperature is too high or the body cannot effectively dissipate heat, the human body will face the risk of heatstroke.

Temperature of different populations
The body temperature of men is generally higher than that of women. The body temperatures of infants and children are relatively high. Elderly people and those who are overweight may have difficulty regulating their body temperatures, while athletes and pregnant women may have relatively high fluctuations in body temperature under specific circumstances.
